How It Works
Bring proof of age and shop on a Wednesday. At checkout, let the associate know you are using the senior discount and the 15% will be applied to your total. No coupon clipping or app setup needed.
The discount is applied to your whole cart, but a few item categories are excluded.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for the Kohl’s senior discount:
- Gift cards
- Kohl’s Cares charitable items
- Sephora products
- Any items specifically flagged as ineligible in-store or on the Kohl’s website

Kohl’s Military Discount
Service members and their families qualify for a separate 15% military discount, available every Monday in-store. Eligible customers include active military personnel, veterans, and immediate family members. Acceptable identification includes a military ID, a state-issued ID reflecting veteran status, or a DD 214 form.
No Teacher Discount Currently Available
Kohl’s has offered limited-time teacher discounts in past years, including during the summer of 2021. As of 2026, no ongoing teacher discount program is in place. Check back periodically, as these promotions can return seasonally.
